How do I make a career in finance?

Hi folks, I recently completed a BBA. I do not want to do an MBA rn, but have a keen interest in finance.

Could you just a few short term courses I can pursue to upskill myself and become job ready???

Instead of short term courses at this time Id recommend find a trainee program, and does not have to be in a top tier bank like Goldman or JP - Even mid or small level banks/brokerages/consultancies/trading firms will offer you experience that will upskill you towards a higher paying job or an MBA down the line. Nothing beats industry experience.
