How do I switch my career to IT?

I'm a Bcom grad with 2 years of experience as a US recruiter and around 1 year of experience as a customer service rep. I was into IT and tech stuff but I did not pursue anything at the time. Now I am very interested in changing my career paths to anything in the fields of IT but idk what interests me in specific all I know is I am not very fond of the coding side of IT. So can you please suggest what courses/certifications would help me secure a job?

Learn web development. It's straight forward. It has an ample number of opportunities. Start with the basic frontend, then move to the MERN track. There are a few bootcamps also available you can enrol in.

Sounds like this would include a certain level of coding, can you shed some light?

No, you start with basic HTML, CSS to build web pages. Then learn JavaScript to add functionality. Then you learn backend concepts.

Bro easiest way is to learn SQL (it's just English language) and Power BI and switched to an Analyst role first.

Is it possible to secure a job by just learning SQL?

Yeah man there are many jobs which requires only SQL. But you didn't get my point go for analyst where SQL is just to support your analysis which is less than 10 % of your work.

If you really want college ed, go for 3y MCA

SAP or any ERP/CRM consultancy is one area you can look at

Okay then, you don't want to be a hardcore coder. You can learn business data analytics from Cisco (personal recommendation), upgrad or the forage.

If you feel like playing longer, go for a distance PGDCA and get into analytics or ERP technical or functional consultant

Step 1: Get your foot into any tech focused company
Step 2: Move internally into Technology role within the same company.

I am a B.Sc CS graduate. Did the same & works well as long as you are willing to learn.

But the same token is you will not be as valued as a BTech guy. That’s for sure

I don't think my company would allow me to transfer internally into a tech role considering my background of education and work experience which is completely non IT. How do I get into tech focused company, I have Neilson IQ in my city but I'm not sure if they are hiring
