How do people have any time or motivation to startup?

I'm so slammed with my day job that i barely have any time left to work on my ideas. On the weekends i just want to rest and recoup.

How do you founders do this? I work at least 10 hours a day. Then there's commute, lunch and bathroom breaks. Sucks dude.

How does that matter though? Are you a founder?

Not a founder. I suppose most founders leave their job when they are certain that they want to work on their idea and get it off the ground

How are you coping with the launch of Devin?

As a startup generalist, this has been unsettling, personally. What should all of us be doing to stay ahead of AI curve? What upskilling is required? What will be still relevant in 5-10 years?

Are all startup life is same?

I’ve been working in a startup since last 8 months and I am exhausted. The team size is around 30 (frontend and backend). Some weekends are working too and there’s nothing like timings. I am left with nothing but just work, no other act...
