How do you keep yourself hydrated?

Please share any hacks you follow to keep yourself well hydrated. Especially any tips for/from folks who Work From Office, where it's easy to lose track of drinking water would be great.

Multiple apps these days. I make it to a point to get up and drink water after every meeting, even if that means joining another meeting 5 mins late.

Keep a water of bottle with a pinch of salt added.

Take a sip after every task being completed. Aim should be to finish at least 1 bottle in a day (minimum)

I also use this in meetings, to keep myself hydrated as when I speak (gives you time to think too 😉)
