Maybe cred? One also used to get Acko Home Insurance for free with it.
Getting points is going to be a little tough, most issuers stopped that as people were exploiting it. (transferring money to family members, get back, lather rinse repeat) So v few cards will give you milestone benefits/points.
You can register on RedGiraffe for rent payment using CC. I'd share my referral but cba right now. This platform has one of the lowest fees and is very convenient.
You can use HDFC PayZapp + RedGiraffe combo to pay rent. If you have HDFC card, then there's no surcharge for 1 rent payment/month (most banks charge 1% extra + GST)
Don't use credit card to pay rent it's practically not worth it, plus chances of getting the card blocked.
Save yourself the mental well-being.
Nowadays you don't get many credit cards with net positive reward rates post paying additional charges for rent via CC option
