They were fucked since beginning all that you saw was VC money, now nothing left, they are pivoting so that some company would agree or even think about acquiring them.
I don't know what they're trying to do by entering the UPI space, which is already saturated. And with the leadership being asked to leave, they don't seem to be doing well. Either way, the pivot feels useless at this point, they should try to get acquired instead.
