How inflated is your current CTC?

I noticed that there are a lot of variables that come into account while CTC is announced in B-Schools.

But can there be an example of it here in grapevine?

I've seen more inflated ctcs in engineering than in bschool. Case in point, adobe and Microsoft. I remember them having CTC of like 38-40 lakh and it included everything from 4 year esops, to some optional higher education sponsorship. Cash in hand was obviously 12-14lakhs

Adobe used to hire female candidates back in 2017 with this package tag which all knew was bloated

I have seen companies adding food, transportation and all sort of random benefits in CTC to artificially inflate it. Some add higher education reimbursements under certain conditions which are almost never met.
