What are the best ways to approach finding contractual roles inside and outside India? 

My current company (shall remain unnamed) is in the process of fundraising but the process is taking longer than expected and there could be cost cuts along the way. In lieu of the same, my founder has asked me to currently keep my options open while the company raises and possibly re-hires me full time while currently switching me to a contractual capacity (which I am onboard with). 

If anybody on Grapevine has an extensive experience with the same and could spare a little bit of time guiding me, I’d greatly appreciate it.

I have got offers from Meesho, Swoggy and Razorpay for a product role. Which is better
Salary is similar in all 3 so it is not a deciding factor

Got an offer from lenskart, their ambitionbox/glassdoor ratings are fairly avg/middle of the pack types but I noticed most of those negative reviews were from offline stores/ground level employees- where understandably the work is harsher. 

I’ve heard of Peeyush as a tech driven entrepreneur so maybe the PM function actually has some value (instead of ops/business teams)

Does anyone have any idea on how the core product management function is like at Lenskart?

Can anyone share their personal/friends’ product experiences at Lenskart?
