I had a chat with 1 of the employee I also applied for SDE-1 UI engineer role. He said old people are moving out and the work they do is not relevant to anywhere else, so it's a no. I asked for a referral. He said, he will give me a referral but if I get selected he will feel bad. Although he gave me, I didn't get any call, and he told me it's better if you don't get it.
So I went through Glassdoor reviews as well and he was right it seems
