How is Fractal Analytics?

I got an offer from fractal, which is 2x my current salary,

but I hear some bad things about long working hours/no work life balance and too much micromanagement,

is it worth it to join or should I keep looking?

I have experience in cutting edge data engineering using latest tech stacks and working in latest cloud environments and was a major contributor in my current project.

The platform is on the steps of becoming Obsolete, People only looking for advice without disclosing anything, If you want the community to help at least reveal how much is the company offering so others have an idea.

the purpose of this post was not to discuss salary, I just wanted to know if there are any big red flags to be careful about, there are plenty of other sites to check salary like glassdoor/ambitionbox etc. I also contributed and did the same while looking.

My friend has been working there for past year. I didn’t hear about any red flags. Her team is full remote and work is not too hectic.
