Is Jupiter laying off people?
I recently came across a lot of exits from Jupiter, is the company laying off? Asking because I got an interview call from them for a design role and confused whether to interview or not
I have read that they are burning a lot of money. But I still see them hiring. Have they laid people off recently? Current employees shed some light on what’s happening internally.
100% they are literally assholes bad culture horrible marketing folks and shit product!
Damn. You didn’t hold back. Did you use to work there?
No i had interviewed they left me hanging, the interviewer had a JD for Growth Marketing (Organic) and later on they said we are looking for a Performance person, i was like lol you shit assholes don’t even know whom to hire after 3 rounds 🤣 Just wasted my time!
Their culture is definitely shit, their hrs don't even have decency to reject applicants after 3 round of discussion and assignment, that too for senior role .
Oh. That’s lame. Being unprofessional is so accepted nowadays in India, it angers me so much
Thats beyond lame , this company claim to move the mountain for their customers but treat applicants like shit , this shows complete lack of understanding what a good culture is .
Spinning as usual, blessing some and resulting in not such good yogas for others 🫠. On a serious note - Jupiter, FI etc have already shed some fat - so they have scope to hire. Uni cards is also hiring aggressively.
Oh. So they fired some folks and readjusted?
Jupiter always had done the regular cut of high paid incompetences. They have done it from the beginning, sometimes quite ruthlessly. Founder still has the revenue as a focus and that’s his true goal. For the HR mistakes, the founder is not involved but unfortunately he has chosen other important thinkgs to focus on.
Fi still has the very high paid incompetent and some really bad hires who steadily has degraded the culture and work quality. A Flipkart or Swiggy had done such hires very late into their series or when revenue really started. Got a read at least some of the founders have this unhealthy pride abd delusional. These guys will be too late by the time they learn.
Question is how long will they exist, it all reduces down to pretty app for federal bank, from user POV of jupiter/fi/niyo etc seems more absurd than 10min grocery,

CPMO is being let go less than 1 year since he joined Jupiter. Is it a sign of broader layoffs at Jupiter or was it for performance issues that he is being fired? Anyone with insider insights here?
What is the current state of Jupiter, I have heard a lot of people from higher position resigning. Pms are being fired that just joined recently, from Dunzo and from Swiggy.
A lot of people being laid off. Poor or no hike and not even ...
How’s the culture and quality of the Jupiter Money product team ? Who is senior there ?
Heard Anuj (CPO) is leaving soon, and that they have had multiple exits this year. Is it not doing well?
If I'm not wrong they just started working in a very huge office recently.
