I have heard mix reviews.
Good : Working on cutting edge tech, proper technical experience, Company’s strategic position in the category (90% market is still unorganised, so Lenskart’s is perfectly placed to grow and capture more share in the coming years)
Bad : work life balance isn’t great, weekend work, could be toxic in certain teams.
Context : I was interviewing for an SPM role sometime back. I did my research and opted out from the final round as culture and leadership team mattered the most for me and I got a better offer elsewhere
