How is Target India at Staff / Principal Engineer role?

Could not find much info except for glassdoor. I have a toddler who is 2 years old and we are expecting a baby soon. With aging parents, Wanted to know more on perks, insurance, WLB, culture etc. Any info is much appreciated.
