The other day I was giving the L2 round in Accolite Digital. I came prepared for the interview. But things went south here.
The interviewer came. Didn't go through my resume, and straight away asked a backtracking problem which doesn't have a good acceptance rate in leetcode. Forget about interaction he went silent, not even provided a hint, so after trying for half an hours, as I couldn't able to solve it, he provided me with a leetcode easy problem to solve, and my bad luck I fumbled over there as well.
Later only remaining 20 minutes he is asking me to create a full stack app using react and node. I straightforwardly told him I am on time constraint, then he told me to only proceed with the frontend only.
In my opinion these kind interviewers deserve special places in Hell. Interview should be bidirectional not uni directional. And by any chance if the interviewer is reading this, may you face this kind of treatment from your supervisor.
