I look after any tech implementations within the org (including ERP), logistics, a 10,000 sq ft warehouse and profitability of 2 marketplace channels. I manage a team of 14 employees.
I joined when the company was at a very early stage and we’ve got multiple funding rounds + 1 esop buyback.
