SIP monthly of 1 lakh on going
Trying to hit my 1st cr in MF investments
Trying to reach 2cr by late 30s
And start swp so that I dont hv to look for the highest paying job in my 40s to fund my normal upper middle class life
My family has 2 houses already but they dont have as much savings since they spent on the house, so not planning to buy one, stupid investment if i took the same path. My objective is to get good returns from my investments by late 30s

I was really lucky. Bought the flat during Covid for 6k per sq feet and now it's at 18.5k. Paid off all my debt in last few years
