You can also spend some time researching the companyâs goals, culture and values and prepare an answer stating that the companyâs goals align with your career objectives and thus youâre looking forward to working with them.
Make sure to answer with confidence. But donât go on boasting about yourself or donât even try to force a good impression on the recruiter. Keep your answer concise and full of facts.
The question is to check how you can relate your prior experience with responsibilities company want you to undertake (Atleast as per JD). So try to relate both while preparing for the answer.
