I can't relocate to another city because of my financial situation that's why I am applying for a frontend developer internship wfh, but I am not getting any genuine job application and whenever I get a reply from any employer side they just try to sell their paid internship or paid courses

I am looking for a 5k-15k stipend and want gain experience and learn more.

What should I prepare and where should I apply for internship please help or guide me
