The easy way - Learn DSA. Be strong in one language. Apply to a ton of companies. If you’re good, you’ll eventually get in with a huge CTC.
The tough way - Focus on fundamentals. Apply to very specific companies; preferably through referrals where you know you can learn, be impactful and grow. Then switch.
The first way is the easiest because almost all companies these days hire though DSA interviews.
The second way is the toughest because there are very few companies who prioritise asking real world stuff in actual interviews and where you can have a huge impact. But the good part is, in the long run, you’re more likely to be better than the person who cracked a nice company through DSA because you concentrated more on fundamentals.
There are exceptions to this.
