How to get into JP Morgan IBD as an undergrad from tier 1 college ?

Hey I’m a final year grad at LSR, how do I get into IBD of JP Morgan, Deutsche, Nomura etc? Please can anyone help with guidance and referral?

I think reaching out to seniors from LSR might work the best, they’d relate the most and would be able to guide you on how to crack these roles

I assume Nomura already comes on campus? To Stephens they do

Actually LSR is very consulting centric, I could hardly find anybody in IB off campus, yes Nomura comes, I’ve a shortlist there Really in need of guidance outside LSR

Oh, that’s very cool

Use LinkedIn filters well, you should be able to find folks from LSR who are either currently in IB or were in IB

If not, then reach out to others

Followed something similar a few years back in a very picky industry, and it worked well

I've heard from people in general that WLB in JPMC is bad. People are expected to work over time casually and the deadlines are quite stringent. Is this true?
