how to get mutiple offers ?

Pt1. I have seen folks, getting multiple offers , like for sde-1/sde-2 position , since I am also targeting the same , so how do folks are able to grab multiple offers ?

I dont see HR reaching out enough to me , and most of the applications I apply to have we found better candidate at this pt.

Pt2. I personally have seen very few womens being good at dsa , but at Linkedin I see even women's grabbing multiple offer, so for experienced women is the interview rounds as difficult or at same level as that of men for sde roles ?

Or there is some diversity happening there as well?

Apply as much as you can and meanwhile keep yourself interview ready.
And focus on yourself instead of ranting about women or diversity hiring. Nothing you can do about it so there is no point in bothering. All the best.

Pt1 Keep practicing and preparing, time will come where you'll get 2 3 offers easily. Its just about luck and how well you are able to sell your resume

Pt2 Many women are very good at DSA so you see those people having multiple offers. Apart from that, yes, diversity hiring is a thing and most non-startup or bigger startups do it. The level of DSA round in diversity hiring is low as compared to general round taken for SDEs (men/women) alike

I have some known people who take interviews for their companies and have all told the same thing, in diversity hiring the hiring bar is low due to obvious reasons (less women in the field means even lesser good quality women SDEs)

Apply at multiple places at the same time so that by the time you're in final rounds at multiple places you're in similar timelines.
