I absconded from my company coz of some reasons. Salary did not had PF but TDS was deducted. I have hidden all this from my current company, is there any way that my current employer can catch me like while generating my form16 or something... Please help...

I received an offer from a MNC who is asking me to join within a month. But my current organisation has a notice period of 3 months. I have already served the 1 month notice and have tried really hard to get an early release citing family medical emergency but my current employer is reluctant to release me. However, they agreed for unpaid leaves while serving the full notice period. I haven't mentioned my current experience in the bgv done by sterling.
