Best way to resign
Im Going to resign to this week, this is my first time, how should I do it so that they release me in 1 month(notice is 2 months) and be in good terms with them?
I want to resign from my current organisation as soon as I can, but I don't want to make it look like I find the company or its people problematic (although I do find them to be) If at all my manager (she's not problematic) tries to retain me or asks me the reason, how should I respond?
I think standing your ground politely would help. But first, telling them that you appreciate the fact that they value your presence would put them at ease but also tell them about what your aspirations are so that they also empathize.
This sounds good. Thank you 👍
No point telling the truth when there is no upside and potential downside. Keep it short and polite. You are not the first and not the last person to resign. World moves on.
