How to take care of mental health?
Hey folks, just wanted to know how are you all taking care of your mental health on a daily basis and stuff that can be incorporated in your daily routine.

Separating work and life
Deep breath
That's what I do
As pointed out by others - atleast 7-8 sleep, less spicy and preferrably veg diet, healthy habbit, avoiding toxic friends and relatives, taking reponsibilty for failure and setbacks and chosing difficult option over easy cheap thrills , stop procastatination and starting small impactful changes to life, self reflaction in solitude, not being ambitious but strive to live a simple life, not comparing yourself with others, helping others out of compassion within your capacity , not falling into the trap of drugs, porn or using excessive social media basically doing a dopamine detox
Sleep, good diet, exercise. Ur body will do fine physically. If it’s more on emotional level then maybe spiritual or related things can help

Try to Separate out you as an individual from you at work
Some sport / physical activity
Talk it out - partner, parent, friends - anyone atleast once a day.
