How to use salaries on Grapevine?

I see salaries feature on Grapevine from a long time is dead, it doesn't have list of proper roles or companies and not very intuitive in showing details for the mass. Plus roles in finance, tech, etc and not available and all goes under operations, etc. Since request to grapevine team to either remove it completely or improvise it to a level of being helpful.

We definitely should restructure the product, once it crossed a certain scale, the data become tougher to access and consume

We're working on something better. A more consumable form of the Salaries product.
