This year it was from 5%-13% Around 3 people got 5% , 2 got 7% , 2 got 8% 1 got 9% and 2 got 13% now remember there are multiple brands under Newfold

Is 8-9% appraisal enough after working for 6 months in a company?
This question is for 5 years experience and appraisal will be applied on a pro rata basis. So, is the 8-9% hike justifiable? Pro rata will be measured on the percentage so it will come around 4% only.
