Hundreds of applications, zero luck: Graduate Software Engineer

I'm graduating 2025, I have applied to Google, Microsoft, Amazon hundreds of times but no luck :/

I think i have necessary skills to make myself valuable in one of these companies, and crack their interviews too.

I'm programming since grade 6, built my own database which outperforms SQLite, video streaming platform, I'm top 0.1% in leetcode contests (top 3% overall).

I used to think i would atleast get to an interview before getting rejecting but I'm not even getting shortlisted for an interview lol.

Idk if the market is bad or if I just have a bad profile considering the kind of people who apply to these companies daily.

I need a referral, mentor or anyone who's inside one of these companies! I would really appreciate connecting with you!

If you're from a Tier 3 college, you'll never get shortlisted lol - too much competition for the few roles that are left

Out of my depth here. Doesn’t big hedge funds, banks and audit firms need skills that you possess? If yes why don’t you try there. You’ll gain experience + credibility compounded for years to come.

As you said, you think you have neccessary skills but whether you do and more importantly whether they belive you do is completely different. Start from a startup my suggesstion, learn a lot and keep applying. This is what i did also from tier 3.
