I applied to HSBC and gave a personality assessment test. What's next?

So I gave the test two weeks ago and still haven't gotten any response from the recruiters.

Generally how long does it take to move to the next round?

Are candidates rejected at the personality assessment test level?

This personality assessment test js completely useless.

For me, I got first round interview invite in the same week of that test. But after 1st round they took 3-4 weeks of time, and then called me for 2nd round. Again after 1 month, they asked me for an hiring manager round which will be probably last before hr discussion. At that moment I have only 2 weeks left of my notice period. And in that round hiring manager is a complete nonsense guy who offered me 30% less ctc of my existing offer which was less compared to initial hr discussion.

I strictly rejected the offer not for the money. The job role was very confusing, the hiring manager was not able to answer any of my questions.

My applied role was Data Engineer and they asked me for Analyst (Credit Risk Modelling). I took lot of reviews and feedbacks from existing employees. No one suggested me to join there due to toxic work culture and old tech stack.

I will also recommend you. Please take the offer in your bucket for negotiations with others. But never never think of joining HSBC.
