Looking better oppertunity
Dear all currently I'm working at Accenture level 10 and getting 9.6LPA and 6 YOE Please Suggest if I'm moving out what can I expect a fixed salary? Also guide me on what kind of role I can expect.
I have total 9 YOE and Accenture is my second company. I have spent more than 6.5 years in Accenture and currently at level 9. My total package is 16.5 (15 fixed+ 1.5 variable) . I work in Accenture Operations. I believe my package is low. Moreover Accenture India employees didn't get any increment in base salary this year. I have to buy house, car and manage my household expenses for nearly 11 members. What should I do?
Why do you think you are underpaid?
Becoz 9+ years in IT industry and only this much package..to consider inflation rate in our country. Moreover my colleagues switched and they are sitting on 25+ package with same experience and less knowledge. Anyways, Do you think this package for a B.Tech guy with 9 years of experience is excellent?
Having yoe doesn't mean a high salary. If you have a skill set, you will get a higher salary. No relation with ex colleague earning. I would recommend prep and switch is the only way. Anyway service based companies pay peanuts. Try switching to either high growing startups or product based for better compensation.
You are underpaid. At this point, If you switch to any company, you will get better pay.
