I have 2+ yrs of experience in Infosys but I want to switch in Salesforce technology but I don’t have SF certifications? What should I do?

Depends on what you did at Infosys. If you can share what project you’re into, there are salesforce-adjacent roles where you can shadow and learn to pad your resume.

A little tricky to get into and some projects won’t entertain at all because they know you’re doing this shift to switch, but still it’s good if you try!

Getting a Salesforce certification will help things but it’s likely that you will get a job without one if you have the knowledge. Many companies do not validate if you have a valid certification but they can get understanding of your skills via the interview. So, if you have the skills go for it rather than getting a costly certification. Once you get into a company, add onto the skills and certifications as most companies will reimburse you for it.
