I'm a Frontend Dev who wants to learn DSA

I have 2 years of experience with Javascript. I work mostly with UI's but I'm also very comfortable with Node js. I'm not looking to switch jobs. For now I want to learn DSA basically to become a better developer and a problem solver. Any approaches on how do i start? Do i need a statically typed language for better understanding?

I know basics of python. That's it. My career started with Javascript. Never really focused on any other languages
