I'm need advice

I failed in my exams.for now I can't get any tier 1,2 collages.im 18.i don't want put a sob story cause I am the one responsible for it. So for now I will manage to get a cse degree but my peers who work in it are saying it's tough for u to get a job(cause it's not a good collage).im quite lacking confidence.the point is I wanna prove everyone wrong.tell me the skills that are most needed to prove them wrong.for now my goal is gonna be to get an internship as soon as possible.so what skills I need to donthis task be trutal don't sugercoat anything.pkease tell me the skills to get an ibtern as soon as possible(my finances are not strong.so u took a loan).thanks in advance
