More than a company behaviour, it is what’s to do with PMs. I’m not against PMs, but PMs with no coding/tech knowledge just gets some random idea (mostly copied from others products ) and what’s to be implemented. They don’t brainstorm or least try to understand the process or things needed to make their idea live and they want to bring their idea into live in short time possible so that they can boost themself over launches.
That’s how early stage and hyper growth startups are in terms of work pressure.

Zepto is on a massive hiring spree these days. Had too many product roles a month back too. All jobs posted on linkedin only.
Do they have a referral system? Has anyone interviewed there and joined? What’s the culture like?
The fact that they raised billions and still doing hiring based on Google form . Like dude . And that's the I am not able to get referral here

Would they hire candidates from non top/premium institutions? and how is there hiring process?
