I want to switch my current role!

I am into ERP implementation and I am not at all enjoying the work. I wish to move back to core finance roles but even for entry level roles, I am only getting rejection mail, let alone reaching the interview stage. Finance folks, do i need to do mba or any other course to get back on track? I have completed CA inter and M.com. please guide! Please share for reach!
