For you the best way ahead is to AI code master. Learn to use AI and build features.
Your Github should show that contribution factor.
Contribute meaningful to opensource.

SAP coming up with core AI I guess. Kindly check on that. Move to mgmt roles - my friend did the same as he was from SAP domain too.
