If you're a student or a fresher then it's good to interact with peers physically in office. Not that I'm saying its mandatory but would be good. So, if you're satisfied with the salary then don't think too much. Just keep going. Once you reach 30 start looking for remote work and move back to a quiet tier 2 city. Or if you like Bangalore then settle there itself.
