They are literally treating us like slaves in the name of being bootstrapped. There is more management than the developers. And they are doing the random things which is becoming difficult for us to operate in. They give absurd deadlines which they also know are not possible so that later in future they can hold onto our bonuses

Hired people from college at 22 LPA as full time SDE, but after joining converted everyone to interns to get the same work done by paying only 30k per month , falsely promised that internship is for 6 months but after 6 months again thought why not milk these freshers for 30k only so again extended internship for 6 months
