It took almost 1.5 to 2 months to finalise the entire process though there were some back and forth regarding the location provided and wfh choice. But they do they take their own sweet time. This is from 10 months ago.
i had 6 tech rounds only to be ghosted by their vp guy in march'21 then same team called back in Oct, gave 3 tech rounds this time i asked to involve HR in these interview process only to be rejected by another vp guy claiming lack of domain knowledge.
dec'21 gave another 2 tech rounds in another team, got selected process was very smooth but I had another offer so had to reject JPM.
felt JPM hiring process to be very different in between these 3 teams.
you should followup over mail and call with the HR.
does they have any limitation for applying job? and how they shortlist the candidate? what skills the are looking i applied 5 times but got rejection.
I got an offer from splunk. The issue is last month I joined a banking MNC with 29 LPA as a fixed CTC.
Right now Splunk is offering 22 LPA as base, 19 LPA as Retention bonus, and other benefits which makes my total CTC as 41 LPA.
