How much Fixed I can ask from JP morgan chase for "Manager Software engineer" role? Exp :- 12 years.

I work with JPMC and currently drawing 30 LPA (Fixed) , want to know the scale in product based companies

Hi all, anyone from JP Morgan who can refer for a senior software engineer/ lead software engineer role. I have 8 years of work experience as a full stack developer in HSBC (Java, Spring boot, React, Angular, SQL, Azure, AWS, Terraform).

JP Morgan role is solution analyst - test automation - profile will be manual and automation using Java selenium cucumber BDD

Nokia - Java , selenium, cucumber BDD, cloud , docker , kubernetes (micro services architecture)
