In Loop Since A Year

I have been working as SDE since 2021 This is my second job (Joined July 2022) it was good earlier but since year it's more or less the same kind of tasks or requirement to be completed Want to go deep into Technicalities to be a better SDE But there is no emphasis on that in this company kind of Don't get time to do so and just learning few documentation doesn't make you better SDE implementation does What should be the approach? Few options which i think

1. Freelancing
2. Personal projects (Out of Ideas) 3.Job Switch
