Exit options from PM roles
What are the ideal options out of the PM roles and what kind of profile is required for the same considering I've started my career being a PM only?
Is an MBA required for these roles?
Apart from monetary dissatisfaction, when will you think of resigning from current PM role?
When there is just designing the solution for customer tickets/ problems blindly or the firm is inclined to solve problems randomly
When you are asked to do Product Owner/ Jira - Scrum Management in the name of product management
When the roles and responsibilities of PM are not clearly defined and the PM is expected to be on top of everything. Eg. When is Engg going to deliver a feature, getting pushed for stuff even though the Engg team doesn't have bandwidth
When your manager is least interested to get into details of work
