When there is just designing the solution for customer tickets/ problems blindly or the firm is inclined to solve problems randomly
When you are asked to do Product Owner/ Jira - Scrum Management in the name of product management When the roles and responsibilities of PM are not clearly defined and the PM is expected to be on top of everything. Eg. When is Engg going to deliver a feature, getting pushed for stuff even though the Engg team doesn't have bandwidth When your manager is least interested to get into details of work

Will add few more things

  1. When you stop looking at pain points of users, and the only focus is on pain points of the business
  2. When you become a yes boss man, just chalking out prd after prd without even measuring the impact
