Indian company working culture getting worst

Hi all,

I felt that in recent 3-5 years the working culture and forced work are increasing in India due to stress, demotivation, and frequent change of jobs happening.

Any proper solution to unite and we raise it to the right platform.

The problem is with the Indian workforce as well

  1. Bootlicking: working long hours to impress the boss, doing extra work
  2. Playing dirty politics to survive in the organisation as they lack skills
  3. Too much focus on title and money with disregard for WLB
  4. Comparison mindset

To answer your question, no. Reason:

  1. You cannot unite Indians
  2. You cannot change the Indian mindset.

In case you are able to achieve the above two, then culture will change automatically

Nobody wants to work for long hours or bootlicking. But the situation and politics are so much that if they won't work for long working hours low and middle management employees are afraid to raise their voices because if they lose their job.

Recruitment Optics

Funny how in most orgs, Recruiters are rewarded for the churn they create. Every time a hire leaves, they get paid to fill the same role again. Why isn't anyone incentivizing them to solve the root problem? The way I see it ... Great ...
