Application stuck in Infosys at Shortlisted after screening
Screening is green and after it " shortlisted After screening" is in orange. What can I expect. It's been like this for 2 weeks now

I applied to Infosys around a month back. I got the call from HR, and I have also given first round of interview over video call. It has been around 15 days, but I have not heard back from HR. Should I assume that I was not shortlisted? Is there some way to know my application status? What is the average duration of the whole interview process in Infosys? I am really losing patience now. Should I keep waiting, or should I quit hope

This wait can be really tiring. If you’re shortlisted then the Infosys application status will be updated. You don’t really have to worry about it. Speaking from personal experience, after the video call round, I used to check my application status everyday. 20 days passed and I still didn’t know whether I was selected or not. I almost lost hope but after a month, I saw ki I have been shortlisted.

Okay, first of all, calm down. Sometimes they take a month to update Infosys application status. You have waited for 15 days and didn’t hear back from them and now you’re anxious. Meri maano toh write a general email to the HR and ask him/her directly. If they still don’t respond back, you know what to do.
