For those who've recently received an offer letter from Infosys, what was your experience like, and what advice would you give to others in the same position?
How much time will it take to generate an offer Letter after package discussion with HR
After 4 days of HR Discussion, HR Called and asked to email documents like payslips,photo,resume etc. And offer got released on portal after 8-9 days. But date on offer letter is just 3 days later than date when I submitted the docs.
To receive the Infosys offer letter, you need to be selected in the final round of interviews. If you are selected, HR will contact you and you will have to submit your documents. After you submit the documents, HR will discuss the salary package, location and leave policy of the company. You will also be informed about the perks and benefits of Infosys. Once HR approves, the offer letter will be sent to you via email. It generally takes one or two weeks for the offer letter to be released. But there are instances where it can take even more time or less time for the offer letter. Depending on the urgency of the job role, sometimes offer letters are sent in a week’s time. If there are any legal issues, the company’s legal team may have to review those issues first and then you will hear from the HR department regarding the offer letter.
