Infosys offer released

Hello everyone,

I got an offer letter from Infosys with a package of 9lpa....currently working in TCS with a package of 4.5.....i have experience in coding for 16 months only. Can I join Infosys? Is it a better decision? What should I do? Can I reduce my notice period in TCS ? Kindly suggest how to get a smooth release from tcs and join Infosys....

I don’t think you can reduce the notice period.

Don't chill and try to get offers from other companies meanwhile as u will have 3 months notice period.

Infosys: 7.65 fixed +85k varaible= 8.5Lpa Warner bros: 8.3 fixed + 40k varaible= 8.7 Lpa

Both are same distance from my home.
