When it came to the leaving process, I was both excited and nervous during my time at Infosys. I was eager to find out how and when I would receive my Infosys relieving letter once I submitted my resignation. According to the company, the relieving letter is usually sent after the completion of the full and final settlement (FNF) process. This assured me that all due payments and approvals would be completed before to the letter's arrival.

The HR staff finalized my FNF quickly when I left and I quickly got my relieving letter. To make it possible for me to go easily to my next chance, this paper was important for my future goals. I had a good overall experience with the process, and I enjoyed Infosys' qualified treatment of my leave procedures.

I've worked with Infosys for more than three years, so I know how important it is to get the Infosys relieving letter as soon as possible after resigning. I was worried about this document's timeframe when I made the decision to leave. I found that the relieving letter is usually sent after the completion of the Full and Final Settlement (FNF) procedure. In my case, it came soon after the FNF clearance, giving me comfort as I moved on to my next chance. All things considered, Infosys managed the procedure carefully, and I liked the transparency of the schedule for receiving my letter of release.

I used to work at Infosys in the Bangalore office, hence after I served my notice period of ninety days, I got the Infosys relieving letter 3 days after my last working day. It is quite a huge deal to serve the notice period, otherwise there can be repercussions. When I was serving the notice period, I had to sign the clearance form for settling my dues and other things. Along with the relieving letter I also got my FNF payment.

I have also heard that for remote employees Infosys have an E-sepration tool through which the relieving letters are given and the FNF settlement is also conducted.

If you are posted in the Bangalore office then you will receive Infosys relieving letter two days after your last working day. Usually, the FNF is settlement along with handing over the relieving letter. To get the relieving letter, you must serve the notice period which is the most important aspect of the separation policy for Infosys. During your notice period, your financial clearance and asset clearance will also take place and once everything is settled, you will get your relieving letter. If you’re working from remote locations, the separation process will take place via E-separation tool. In such a scenario, you will get your relieving letter via email.
