Hi all, I am currently in talks with Swiggy for sde 1 role. I have 1 year of experience and my current ctc is 18.25 ctc. What’s the average and how much should I ask them for?

Swiggy work culture is very stressful and demanding. CTC for SDE-1 is generally low compared to industry standards. I would not recommend joining. Look for better opportunities elsewhere.
