I was working as Associate Program Manager for 12 months. Unfortunately I was laid off. Now I got an opportunity to work in Simplilearn as Product Manager Intern(35k) which may be converted into full time based on performance. I have tried my level best to get Program Manager jobs itself. But I'm unable to crack it due to unknown reasons. Now I have two options which is to try more and get into Product/ Program related roles, but I'm not sure when I would be able to crack it. If I choose intern role, then I would be in more worse situation than this after 6 months. Because my recent experience after an internship will be an intership and not a Full Time Experience.
