The entire interview process with Apna was a nightmare from start to finish. It started with Sadia, the HR, who was rude right from the first call. When I asked about the CTC, she questioned my background and outright said I didn’t deserve much based on my experience. Things got worse when I informed her in advance about an emergency that would delay my availability for the scheduled date. She completely ignored my emails and calls. I had to escalate it to her manager, and only then did she call me back—just to berate me for not using WhatsApp and demand I join the interview with an hour’s notice. Despite the chaos, I somehow managed to join within two hours.
The interview itself was no better. The interviewer barely introduced himself, seemed uninterested from the start, and showed zero engagement. I tried asking questions to keep the conversation going, but he shrugged them off and casually admitted he didn’t understand the product since it was B2B. He even said he preferred B2C and had no interest in B2B anymore. He kept his camera off, yawned through the call, and made no effort to connect.
A few days later, I followed up and was told I’d been rejected. When I asked for feedback, HR simply said they were “too busy” to gather any. No wonder, the company is going into hell.
