Hi all , I have some 10 lacs of savings which I don't want to keep idle in the bank for obvious reasons, I need suggestions on where I can invest for the next couple of years with Medium risk involved. TIA.

Investment ideas if someone has 10L cash in tier 2 or 3 cities
So I have 10L in cash and I can take loan for commercial investment. Some examples could be
- ev bike or scooty agency
- flat that can be given on rent
- marriage hall etc.

Buy property in tier 2 in a good area, sell in 5-10 years. Can rent it out in meantime.
